RMC Inc, doing business as RMC Powder Coating and RMC Aerospace, is a metal finishes service provider located at 7951 2nd Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98108. The purpose of this document is to establish the terms & conditions of service between RMC Inc and its Customer, hereon referred to as Customer.


The physical requirements of sandblasting and powder coating subjects the treated parts to high pressure garnet media in excess of 100 PSI, and curing temperatures in excess of 400 degrees Farenheit. During this process, damage to the Customer part as a result of improper fabrication or insufficient materials or engineering strength shall not be the responsibility of RMC Inc. RMC Inc. maximum liability is limited to the replacement or repair value of the part, in the instance damage is caused by RMC Inc. and is reasonably a result of improper handling by RMC Inc.


As an approved processer of major powder coat manufacturer brands, Including (but not limited to) Cardinal, Axalta, Azko-Nobel, Sherwin-Williams, Tiger Drylac, Prismatic, Protech, Plascoat, and Forrest Paints, RMC Inc. application processes are designed to result in color, gloss level, and texture results as indicated by the color samples provided by the manufactuer, with application and finish performances per MSDS provided by the manufactuer. Color variations resulting from metal substrate alloy type, porosity, thickness, or other conditions are possible.

Transparent, clear, and smoke effect colors intentionally vary, and are by nature inconsistent in tone, and change based on, but not limited to, substrate type, metal object shape, lighting, and metal thickness.

 Reworks of transparent and smoke effect colors to achieve a different look or finish, if outside of the normal expected result, will be chargeable to the Customer.

Any color or custom color not regularly stocked by RMC Inc. will require a deposit and materials charge for powder materials.


In additon to our standard sandblasting and powder coating services, RMC Inc. offers the Customer pickup & delivery services for projects completed by RMC Inc. The default delivery and pickup rate in the Seattle region for normal size loads is $85 / direction. Loads requiring special flatbed services, extended wait times, multiple delivery staff, ferry routes, or oversize loads are quoted on a per-project basis. RMC Inc. is not obligated, insured or liable for installation or assembly of powder coated items, or install / removal of objects in private residences, or operation


RMC Inc. requests that the Customer accommodate delivery or will-call of completed projects within 5 business days of completion. Due to limited storage resources and liabiltiy for protection of stored parts, storage of completed projects or items beyond 5 business days will incur a storage fee with a minimum charge of $25 / Day. 

Storage fees may increase for larger or bulky items and will be quoted to the Customer


RMC Inc. default terms are N15 to approved commercial Customer accounts, with a credit limit of $2,500. Increases to credit limit may be arranged, subject to approval and compliance to the RMC Credit Application form.

A Late Payment fee for tardy accounts beyond 15 calendar days of $35, per sales order,will automatically be applied, followed by a 1.5% / Day charge. Customers exceeding the credit limit will be placed on Account Hold and reverted to C.O.D (Cash On Delivery) status.

Customers who have not completed or meet the requirements of a Credit Application are placed on C.O. D. (Cash on Delivery) account status.
